At MotoPlay, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. That’s why every MotoPlay device is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.


What’s Covered


Covered under this warranty:

  • Internal hardware failure
  • Screen defects (not caused by impact or moisture)
  • Power issues not caused by user damage
  • Bluetooth or CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity issues due to internal component failure

This warranty is void if the product has been opened, tampered with, or repaired by anyone other than MotoPlay. Using unauthorized power supplies or accessories may also void your warranty.

What’s Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage (cracks, drops, water damage, etc.)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party accessories
  • Units that have been tampered with or opened
  • Devices purchased from unauthorized resellers


How to File a Warranty Claim

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to submit a warranty claim.

  1. Contact our support team at support@motoplay.shop with your order number and (Warranty Claim) as the subject, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the problem.
  2. Our team will review your case and, if approved, provide return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the unit, we’ll issue a repair or replacement.


Warranty Limitations


This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Replacements do not extend or reset the original warranty period. Any repaired or replaced unit will carry the remaining warranty from the original purchase date. MotoPlay does not offer cash refunds. Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product only.
